A Little About Mrs. Holmes

Dear Parents,
Hello, My name is Alisa Jo Holmes. I am the daughter of Steve and Barbara White of Portland. I have lived in Portland all my life, and graduated here in the year 2000. I then went to Volunteer State Community College and received my Associates’ Degree in Elementary Education in 2002. Following that, I attended Tennessee State University and received my Bachelors Degree in 2004. After college, I married my husband Kelly Holmes in 2005. We now have a beautiful son together named Koleman. He is 3 years old and is the joy of my life.
I have taught kindergarten for eight wonderful years. All my teaching experience has been here at Watt Hardison Elementary. I look forward to making this year great with your child.
